A contract will only come into existence between you the customer and us once your order has been processed and dispatched.
When you as a customer place an order via this website, you warrant by placing the order that:

Cancelling an order

If the Kickstart Amiga User Group is unable to provide the advertised item, for instance if we have to cancel an event, then all ticket holders will receive a full refund. This will be refunded to the account the order originally was paid from.

When an order is placed you will get an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided during checkout, containing information about order content, prices.
Delivery
You as a buyer are free to choose from mentioned and at the time relevant delivery option(s). The Kickstart Amiga User Group assumes no responsibility for damages during transport or damages caused from any delays beyond its control:
- Event tickets are provided digitally via email, in the form of your order confirmation.
Returns Policy
No products, physical or digital, may be returned to the Kickstart Amiga User Group without the prior written consent of the Kickstart Amiga User Group and may be subject to a return charge. Products must be returned in original packaging and be in as-new condition where applicable.
